Jeff Malmstedt
Jeff is an industrial engineer with hands-on experience across every corner of the plastics industry, from installation and process engineering to plant layouts and systems design. He's worked on blow molders, extruders, injection molding, and material handling, and he brings that field knowledge directly to every customer conversation. Over the last five years he's driven over $50M in cumulative sales. He founded Systems Handler to combine technical expertise with AI-powered sales intelligence, helping customers find the right solution for their budget and maximize ROI.

Roger Cortez
Roger is a nuclear-trained engineer with over a decade of experience in plastics manufacturing and recycling. He began his plastics career as a service technician and worked his way through lab management, service management, and regional sales, covering blown film, cast sheet, underwater pelletizing, recycling systems, and more. Roger provides both sales and service to Systems Handler customers across the country.
